Had the BB #2 after surgery 2 and I concure. I was able to pick up some Thomas Hardy in sequence, although I doubt it will make a difference with me, I will most likely just drink them:-)

I really enjoyed the Local 1, but the Local 2 is even better. It's a BDSA! Maybe we'll do a side-by-side when you get to feeling better.

In about 5 years AB. Neck is pretty sore, mostly muscles. It should pass in a few days. Gonna take Drugs when I fly today, not looking forward to it, especially the puddle jumper to TUL. But, then a sh_tty no place belgian waiting. Hey did you ever have my arch nemesis Garrett Olivers Brooklyn #1. I had a 750 ml before my first surgery. Great beer.

The picnic is one of two events where ankle biters are welcome so I'd be hesitant to roll it in with a brew session

A pleasant apertif, as well as a good chaser for a short quick whiskey, as well again for a short supper drink, is beer. - M.F.K. Fisher (1908-1992) ~ American Writer

2009 FOAM Big Brew - National Homebrew Day Saturday May 2
Join the Fellowship of Oklahoma Ale Makers (FOAM) as we brew together to celebrate National Homebrew Day on Saturday, May 2, 2009
What: Big Brew as an annual AHA sponsored event to celebrate National Homebrew Day not only in the United States, but around the world. Big Brew is held each year on the first Saturday in May. Homebrewing has been practiced in America since the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock. Today there are an estimated 750,000 homebrewers in the United States. Homebrewers are very passionate about brewing beer and love to share that passion with others, so bring a friend. That’s what Big Brew is all about! Homebrewers getting together all over the world to share their love for the hobby.
When: Saturday, May 2, 2009, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. World-wide simultaneous toast will take place @ 12:00 noon CDT

More: All participants are encouraged to bring their tents and/or sleeping bags for overnight camping (weather permitting).
