Yah!!! When in doubt, call them at HG. Technology only seems to work to a point, then an old school phone call saves the day. Does anyone other than me think that technology acts counterproductive to our human need to talk directly to someone? My biggest pet peeve is drive throughs. Most companies bust their butts to serve the lazy customer who can't bothe to get off his ass to come in to their place of business and ignores those that do. Perplexed by that one.

I guess someone must have bought up all the Roeselare. It says out of stock.

I was recently at the brouwers cafe which rated the highest beer bar on ratebeer - underwhelming but the lamb burger was good. worth a trip if you are close to downtown seattle

Big Time, Elysian & Pike in Seattle. I've also heard that Freemont is good, but it opened since my last visit. If you get near Mt. Hood then visit Walking Man. Visit Silver City (Silverdale) if you get across the Sound or if you go up the 5, then stop at the Fishbowl (home of Fish Tale Ale) in Olympia. Also look for Diamond Knot IPA on draught. Enjoy the beer & the scenery!

Not a real fire, but I am selling the following items. Shipping can become prohibitive for some of these items so they might be best for someone in or near Pittsburg County. However, I'll be glad to sell them to anyone who is willing to come pick them up.

1. Converted 15 gallon Labatt keg with temp gauge & ball valve in excellent condition. I've been using it as a HLT. This is basically the same as Sabco sells for $179.95 minus the temp gauge & ball valve....I'll take $100.00

2. 5 lb CO2 tank..never used (new)...$65.00

3. Bottle tree with large base good as new & holds 81 bottles...$25.00

4. Two 6 gallon glass carboys...$40.00

5. Two used 5 gallon cornelius kegs. They're clean, but might need some new O-rings & poppets...$25.00

6. 7 gallon aluminum boil pot with lid..good condition...$7.00

I also have an old party pig with pump if anyone is interested. It was given to me and I never used it.
I have 4 tap handles..Anchor steam acrylic, Anchor Porter acrylic, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale acrylic, Rogue Dead Guy with barley in the handle...all in excellent shape...make an offer.

I may add some other stuff later and will try to post a picture of all above if anyone is interested. I also have free bottles suitable for competition...enough to fill a half ton pickup truck.

Thanks for your time
Dennis

Kinda of a long drive for me to Pittsburg County, the converted Labatt keg is a nice offer and I may be willing to take it off your hands if you meet me halfway.

Use Cascade for cleaner dishes!

Beermaker, I'll take the 2 carboys and the two kegs. I'll be coming down to McAlester in the next few weeks and I'll pick 'em up. PM me if you need the money sooner than I can get down there and I'll send it to you.

Life is too short to drink cheap beer.

Ok great! No problem with the money. If someone else wants some of the other stuff, maybe you can pick theirs up too...I'm basically just trying to make room in the storage building...

Those carboys are actually bigger than 6 gals, more like 6.5 or 7 practically brand new, but it doesn't matter the price remains the same.

I also have two 5 gallon ones in good shape for $14 each if anyone is interested.

You're welcome to them Shelly. As a matter of fact, everything is still sitting out at the brewery. What use is a sankey keg? I have one of those too.

Sadly, it looks like my brewing days may be over due to failing health.

Peace

I'm going to discount these items 10% and if no one wants them at those prices, I'll just keep them for posterity...

Thank you! We did brew yesterday (I use 'we' loosely). My wife cleaned & sanitized the carboy, milled & mashed the grain, sparged and cleaned everything afterwards. I managed the hop schedule. I love my wife and appreciate what she does, but it makes me feel bad for her. She never complains.

I might have a brand new Banjo Burner for sale soon..not sure yet.

I wonder why people inquire about these items, ask me if I still have them and I say yes, then I never hear from them again. I just wonder, why bother? I mean, it's no trouble for me to reply but it is a curious thing.
